In order to apply to the Scarsdale Fire Explorer program, please download and properly fill out the “Parent Activity Consent“, “Youth Application” and “Medical” form and email it to application@scarsdalefireexplorers.com or attach it to this web based application. All of these forms are required in order to be considered to the program.
